Requirements for the Role
To ensure the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Registration: Valid NMC pin as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
Clinical Background: Provision of Enhanced Clinical References covering your recent practice.
Mandatory Training:
Oliver McGowan Training: Tier 1 Online (Learning Disability and Autism).
Safeguarding Adults: Level 3.
Safeguarding Children: Level 3 (Full Practical Course).
Full CSTF Training: Core Skills Training Framework compliance.
Medication Administration Training: Evidence of current competency.
Mental Capacity Act Training: Comprehensive understanding of MCA and DoLS.
