Requirements
Valid RMN qualification
PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) training
Experience in a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate and patient-focused approach
Active NMC Registration
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the hospital setting
Implement care plans and monitor patient progress
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Ensure patient safety and well-being at all times
