Key Requirements You Need  

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a valid NMC pin and demonstrate a high standard of clinical practice. We require a specific suite of training and documentation to ensure compliance with both NHS and Priory Group standards: 

  • Enhanced Clinical References: You must be able to provide comprehensive references covering your recent clinical practice. 

  • Oliver McGowan Training: Tier 1 Online – Learning Disability and Autism training is essential. 

  • Safeguarding Adults: Level 3 certification. 

  • Safeguarding Children: Level 3 certification (Full Practical Course). 

  • CSTF Training: Full Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF) compliance. 

  • Medication Administration Training: Proven competency in the safe handling and administration of medicines. 

  • Mental Capacity Act Training: A thorough understanding of the MCA and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
