The Role: 

We are seeking caring, supportive, and enthusiastic Care and Support Workers to join our team in Lincolnshire. This role involves covering shifts in various nursing and care homes, providing high-quality care to residents, including the elderly and individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, or mental health conditions.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide personal care and support to residents according to their individual care plans. 

• Assist with daily activities, promoting independence and enhancing residents' quality of life. 

• Support with medication administration, under the guidance of healthcare professionals. 

• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure continuity of care. 

• Participate in the development and review of care plans. 

• Maintain accurate and confidential records. 

• Support residents with meals, ensuring dietary needs are met. 

• Actively engage in training and development opportunities. 

We Are Looking For: 

• Compassionate individuals with a genuine desire to support and care for others 

• Experience in care work is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays 

• A driver's license is preferred
