About the Role:

As a valued member of our team, you’ll help create a nurturing, structured environment where every child feels supported and empowered. These HCA jobs in Kent are perfect for individuals who want to work closely with children during their school day, helping them reach their full potential. 

Shift Times: We offer consistent weekday shifts with no weekend work required: 

• 12:30 – 21:30 | Monday – Thursday 

• 07:00 – 14:30 | Tuesday – Thursday 

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEND) in a school environment 

• Familiarity with physical disabilities, complex medical conditions, and learning difficulties 

• A compassionate, calm, and patient approach

• Residing in the UK, with the current RTW

• Team players who are adaptable, reliable, and passionate about supporting vulnerable children 

Desirable (but not essential) Qualifications:

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare 

• Makaton training
