Exciting Opportunity for Band 7 RN Clinical Lead (CPN) in Romford, Essex! 

At the British Nursing Association, we are committed to excellence in healthcare through professional development and compassionate care. We are now looking for a seasoned Registered Mental Health Nurse to step into the role of Band 7 RN Clinical Lead in our Community Recovery Team. 

Position: Band 7 RN Clinical Lead (CPN) 

Location: Romford, Essex, RM3 
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM 
Contract Duration: 3 months 
Pay Rates: 

• Day: £23.34* per hour 

• Night / Saturday: £29.61* per hour 

• Sunday / Bank Holiday: £35.88* per hour 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and manage a complex community services setting. 

• Care coordination, assessments, and supervision of services. 

• Provide clinical leadership during ward reviews, placement reviews, and CPA reviews. 

• Assess new referrals and liaise with inpatient and other community mental health services. 

• Support and provide supervision to junior colleagues. 

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience in managing complex care in community settings. 

• Preferably with experience working within a Community Recovery Team/EIP service (CMHT). 

• Ability to manage a caseload autonomously and provide leadership in a community setting.
